Motivational function of intraorganizational mobility employee (IME)

This article presents proposals for organizational solutions that can motivate HR managers and employees in the context of intra-organizational mobility. proposal empirically tested will help to understand which factors should be used exploit potential competencies work prevent effects monotonous monotypic work. These were developed two-stage empirical research. After defining test items based on literature, first stage was initiated. In this stage, Delphi method used, 29 experts participated. completion research phase, second phase directed medium large organizations. As a result, we received responses from 401 organizations Poland. During research, catalog use mobility created. also determine whether introduced has motivational function. The theoretical practical findings presented show these elements are essential those want their conscious intentional activities. relates organization’s activities implement area. some limitations, especially concerning lack evaluation constructs proposed by author - as part function managers.
